National Initiatives

ASCEND leads and convenes national initiatives that align federal, state, industry, and community actors around shared workforce priorities.

Current initiatives include the ASCEND America Initiative (rural and underserved communities), the National Mentorship Network, the American Skills Compact (employer coalition), and the Digital Workforce Alliance.
